Important information for members visiting our locations

Credit Human wants to make sure you can get the services you need in the safest way possible. At this time that means limiting personal contact and focusing instead on alternatives that enable us serve you without putting anyone at added risk. 

Starting December 28, 2020, members should use our Drive-Up, Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and ATM locations for all transactional needs.
To find a Credit Human Drive-Up, ITM or ATM and other options, please visit the Locations page. For your safety, we are sanitizing our ITMs and ATMs, including the PIN pads and function keys, on a regular basis.

If you need service from a branch or Financial Health Center, you can call your nearest location to speak with a team member who will work with you to find the best way to provide you with the service you need in the safest possible way.


Access your accounts and loans from home

At times like these it can be comforting to know you can access your accounts without leaving home. You can use online and mobile banking to make deposits, check balances, and more.
