Automatic withdrawals are easy and convenient. With your written authorization, your payment is withdrawn automatically from your checking or savings account when then payment is due. This is a worry-free payment method that most members prefer to use.

Make an online payment through eStatus Connect.
*When submitting a payment online, please do not hit the back button to change the amount or repost a payment. It might cause the payment to post twice.

Payment by Phone
To make a payment by phone, please call one of our friendly Member Service Representatives. Please have your loan number, routing number and account number available. Effective January 1, 2019 the Credit Human ACH Telephone Payment Request fee of $15 (https://www.credithuman.com/fees) will be applied for one-time ACH payment requests received over the phone. Avoid a fee by utilizing Online Payment or Automatic Withdrawal.
